About Us
Hi, I’m Ama, a Mindfulness meditation instructor with a deep passion for helping others reconnect with themselves and the present moment.
My own journey began at 19, when a life-changing book introduced me to the practice of meditation. Since then, I’ve been walking this path with curiosity, devotion, and heart. Yoga helped me befriend my body. Mindfulness showed me how to live with more presence, freedom, and compassion.
Over the years, I’ve trained in Spain, Thailand, and Argentina, and I now offer mindfulness-based courses, workshops, and retreats—both online and in-person. I also collaborate with educational projects, creating tools to help students develop emotional and social intelligence.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and heart-centered. Whether you’re just starting out or deepening your practice, I’d love to walk alongside you—helping you slow down, breathe deeper, and return home to yourself.
Let’s create space for stillness, clarity, and connection—together.
