ABOUT ME
I’m Ama, a teacher and instructor of Mindfulness meditation, deeply passionate about supporting people on their journey back to themselves- to the present moment- and to a more conscious way of living.
My own journey began at the age of 19, when a transformative book sparked my curiosity about meditation. Since then, I’ve walked this path with openness, dedication, and wholehearted commitment. Yoga taught me how to inhabit my body, and mindfulness training offered me a freer, more compassionate, and conscious way of living.
I’ve trained in Spain, Thailand, and Argentina, and I now offer mindfulness-based courses, workshops, events, and retreats—both in person and online. In my offerings, I integrate tools and practices I’ve learned over the years from various disciplines such as a variety of educational methodologies, yoga, Qigong, Positive Psychology, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), language and communication, NVC (Nonviolent Communication), and storytelling, among others. I also collaborate with educational projects, developing tools to cultivate emotional intelligence and well-being in students. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, so I offer trainings in both languages.
My approach is warm, grounded, and heart-centered. Whether you’re just beginning or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to support you. Together, we can create a space to slow down, breathe with intention, and reconnect with what truly matters.
I invite you to take the first step—or continue—on this beautiful journey back to yourself. With kindness. With presence. With meaning.
CONTEMPLATIVE TRAINING & PRACTICE
I hold a certification as a Mindfulness Meditation Instructor from the University of California, Berkeley / The Awareness Institute, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Mindfulness in Educational Contexts from Universidad Camilo José Cela (Spain). I have trained in various internationally recognized centers, both in the West and in Asia.
My approach blends the wisdom of traditional contemplative teachings with a clear, modern, and compassionate language. I am passionate about creating safe spaces where individuals can explore their inner world at their own pace and bring mindfulness into everyday life.
